Adele Latchman is an executive leader and career development consultant with over 12 years of experience in governance, strategy, and organisational growth across South Africa’s non-profit sector. Her career spans senior leadership roles including CEO of The President’s Award for Youth Empowerment and Foundation Manager at Sanlam, where she secured multi-million-rand funding streams, strengthened governance frameworks, and advanced donor stewardship. Most recently, she served as Acting General Manager: Operations & Technology at PROTEC, ensuring continuity of national STEM education programmes during a leadership transition and embedding digital transformation for greater efficiency.

Beyond her organisational leadership, Adele is internationally certified in Career Development Counselling and passionate about guiding professionals and students to unlock their potential. She is recognised for translating complex priorities into clear strategies, KPIs, and assurance dashboards, while fostering cultures of accountability, innovation, and resilience.
